The OWWA eCard is proof of active membership with OWWA, designed to facilitate easier access to OWWA programs and services. It is also recognized as a government-issued ID and can be presented at any Migrant Workers Office (MWO), embassy, or consulate abroad when assistance or services are needed. It serves as an official ID and offers access to OWWA benefits and services, including welfare programs, reintegration initiatives,  training and livelihood opportunities.
